Effective Date: September 26, 2025
WHEREAS, Quey, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company"), operates a digital platform connecting customers with independent contractor service providers in Las Vegas, Nevada; and
WHEREAS, Company collects, processes, and maintains personal information from customers in connection with the provision of line-holding and queueing services; and
WHEREAS, Company is committed to protecting customer privacy and complying with all applicable privacy laws including Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A;
NOW, THEREFORE, Company hereby establishes this Customer Privacy Policy ("Policy") to govern the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of customer personal information.
1.1 "Company" means Quey, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and its successors and assigns.
1.2 "Customer" means any individual who requests, books, or receives line-holding services through Company's platform.
1.3 "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with a particular Customer, including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, email address, payment information, and location data.
1.4 "Services" means the line-holding and queueing services facilitated by Company's digital platform.
1.5 "Third-Party Service Providers" means vendors including Stripe, Inc., Twilio Inc., and other service providers that process data on Company's behalf.
2.1 Account Information. Company collects Customer's full name, mobile telephone number, email address, and payment information including credit card details and billing address. Such information is collected directly from Customer upon account registration and service booking.
2.2 Service Request Information. Company collects specific service location addresses, requested service dates and times, special instructions, and service preferences. Customer provides such information voluntarily when requesting Services.
2.3 Payment and Transaction Data. Company processes payment information including transaction amounts, payment methods, billing addresses, and gratuity amounts through Stripe, Inc. All payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy.
2.4 Location Information. Company collects precise GPS coordinates of service locations for the purpose of matching Customers with available service providers and verifying service delivery. Location data is collected only during active service periods.
2.5 Communication Records. Company maintains records of SMS messages, emails, and in-application communications between Customer and assigned service providers for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
2.6 Device and Usage Information. Company automatically collects device identifiers, IP addresses, browser types, operating system information, and platform usage patterns when Customer accesses Company's website or mobile application.
3.1 Contractual Necessity. Company processes Personal Information as necessary to perform its contractual obligations to provide Services to Customer, including service delivery, payment processing, and customer support.
3.2 Legitimate Business Interests. Company processes Personal Information for legitimate business purposes including fraud prevention, service improvement, quality assurance, and platform security.
3.3 Legal Compliance. Company processes Personal Information as required to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and legal process.
3.4 Consent. Where required by law, Company obtains Customer's explicit consent for specific data processing activities including location tracking and marketing communications.
4.1 Service Delivery. Company uses Personal Information to facilitate Services including matching Customer with available service providers, processing payments, and coordinating service delivery.
4.2 Customer Support. Company uses Personal Information to provide customer support, resolve disputes, investigate service issues, and respond to Customer inquiries.
4.3 Service Provider Coordination. Company discloses Customer's first name and mobile telephone number to assigned service providers solely for the purpose of service coordination and delivery.
4.4 Payment Processing. Company discloses payment information to Stripe, Inc. for transaction processing. Stripe maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and processes payment data in accordance with its privacy policy.
4.5 Legal Disclosures. Company shall disclose Personal Information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or when Company reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to protect Company's rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
4.6 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, Customer Personal Information may be transferred as part of such transaction, subject to the same privacy protections set forth in this Policy.
5.1 General Retention Period. Company retains Customer Personal Information for three (3) years following account closure or last service request, whichever is later.
5.2 Financial Records. Company retains payment and transaction records for seven (7) years in accordance with federal tax law requirements.
5.3 Communication Records. Company retains customer service communications and dispute-related records for two (2) years unless extended retention is required for legal proceedings.
5.4 Location Data. Company automatically deletes GPS location data ninety (90) days after service completion unless such data is involved in a dispute requiring extended retention.
5.5 Legal Compliance. Notwithstanding the foregoing retention periods, Company may retain Personal Information for longer periods when required by law, regulation, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6.1 Access Rights. Customer has the right to request access to Personal Information Company maintains about Customer. Company shall respond to verified requests within sixty (60) days.
6.2 Correction Rights. Customer has the right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Information. Company shall correct verified inaccuracies within thirty (30) days of receiving a valid correction request.
6.3 Deletion Rights. Customer has the right to request deletion of Personal Information, subject to Company's legal retention obligations and legitimate business interests. Company shall respond to deletion requests within sixty (60) days.
6.4 Nevada Privacy Rights. Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes Section 603A.340. Company does not sell Personal Information to third parties.
6.5 Communication Preferences. Customer may opt out of non-essential communications by texting "STOP" to Company's SMS number or clicking "unsubscribe" links in email communications.
7.1 Request Submission. Customer may exercise privacy rights by submitting written requests to privacy@quey.me.
7.2 Identity Verification. Company may require reasonable identity verification before processing privacy rights requests to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Information.
7.3 Response Timeline. Company shall acknowledge receipt of privacy rights requests within five (5) business days and provide substantive responses within sixty (60) days.
7.4 Request Limitations. Company may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or would compromise the privacy rights of other individuals.
8.1 Technical Safeguards. Company implements industry-standard technical safeguards including encryption of data in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher and encryption of data at rest using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit encryption.
8.2 Administrative Safeguards. Company maintains role-based access controls limiting Personal Information access to authorized personnel with legitimate business needs. All personnel with access to Personal Information receive annual privacy and security training.
8.3 Physical Safeguards. Company maintains physical security controls for facilities where Personal Information is stored or processed, including access controls, surveillance systems, and secure disposal procedures.
8.4 Third-Party Security. Company requires Third-Party Service Providers to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information and to process such information only in accordance with Company's instructions.
9.1 Breach Response. In the event of a data breach affecting Customer Personal Information, Company shall investigate the incident, implement containment measures, and assess the scope and impact of the breach.
9.2 Customer Notification. Company shall notify affected Customers of data breaches without unreasonable delay and in no case later than sixty (60) days after discovery of the breach, unless law enforcement determines that notification would impede a criminal investigation.
9.3 Regulatory Notification. Company shall notify the Nevada Attorney General of data breaches affecting five hundred (500) or more Nevada residents in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Section 603A.220.
9.4 Notification Content. Breach notifications shall include the date of the breach, types of Personal Information involved, steps taken to investigate and respond to the breach, and contact information for Customer inquiries.
10.1 Processing Location. Customer Personal Information is processed and stored in the United States. Company does not transfer Personal Information outside the United States except as necessary for service delivery by Third-Party Service Providers.
10.2 Vendor Transfers. Third-Party Service Providers may process Personal Information outside the United States subject to appropriate safeguards and contractual protections ensuring adequate data protection.
11.1 Age Restrictions. Company's Services are available only to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age.
11.2 Underage Information Discovery. If Company discovers it has collected Personal Information from an individual under twenty-one (21) years of age, Company shall delete such information immediately and terminate any associated accounts.
12.1 Amendment Rights. Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to reflect changes in Company's practices, legal requirements, or business operations.
12.2 Material Changes Notice. Company shall provide thirty (30) days advance notice of material changes to this Policy via email to Customer's registered email address and prominent notice on Company's website.
12.3 Continued Use. Customer's continued use of Services after the effective date of Policy modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
13.1 Governing Law. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.1 Privacy Officer. Customer may contact Company's Privacy Officer regarding this Policy or privacy-related inquiries at privacy@quey.me.
